Dr. A. Jagadeesh (M.E, PhD) Director-RCET
Dr. A. Jagadeesh graduated from NIT Warangal, did his M.E. from SGSITS Indore, M.P. & Ph.D in Robotics from G.E.C., Raipur, (presently NITR). He worked for 11 years in industries in different capacities & entered into teaching from 1990. Out of 19 years of teaching experiences, he worked as Principal/ Director for 6 years for reputed colleges like GIET, Gunnupur- Orissa, AEC, Kakinada, OPJIT, Raigarh. He has published 4 papers in International Journals, 8 papers in National Journals & many in international & national conferences.

 

He has conducted many National conferences/Workshops/ Tech-Fest as chairman in many colleges. He was the chairman/ Member of board of studies of Behrampur University, BPUT, Orissa, JNTU, Nagarjuna University, A.P.; Member of Governing Bodies of colleges in A.P. He is also a recipient of Gold Medal by institute of Engineers in 1997.

Mahendra Shrivastava Director HR & Placements GDR Educational Society B.Sc., PGDBM, PGDSM, DEM   Known as the peoples man in the group who epitomizes the philosophy of Rungta Group “ We Care”, was entrusted with the responsibility of managing the most critical resource of the group – The Human Resource because of his marvelous ability to read people, their mindset, aspirations and align it with the groups vision,

mission and interest. Being in the group virtually since inception provides him that acceptability and respect from one and all, as is required to ensure proper development of the ever increasing Human Resource. His vast experience of Training comes handy to analyze the training needs of individuals as well as assess the skill up gradation needs of the institutes.

He is amongst the very few people in the region who have the exposure and experiences of various multinational companies & domains like pharmaceuticals, office automation, telecomm, IT and now education in with in-depth exposure in sales, marketing, administration, software development, operations management and human resource in span of twenty years of service. Being a certified IBM S390 professional himself gives him that upper edge in understanding the developments taking place in technological front and contributing effectively in usage of technology in teaching learning process. At GDR educational Society, he has been part of all major milestones achieved by the group, be it setting up of present magnificent 80 acres campus, to major expansions including setting up of seven more institutes within the group, to getting major Industry Tie ups in engineering college with IT majors IBM, TCS, CISCO, Oracle & Hexaware. He is actively involved in accreditation and approval processes of the institutes within the group and has been part of Training & Placements since last six years for the group institutes.

M.R.Benare ( B.E,M.I.R.P.M,M.I.E) Chartered Engineer Joint Director (Training & Placement).
M.R.Benare brings with him, an experience of 24 Years in Academics and Industry . Worked as Lecturer in Electronics & Computer Department for almost 12 to 13 Years , had successfully built from scratch to Final stage Electronics Manufacturing Industry actively engaged in Manufacturing of Industrial Grade Regulated Power Supplies , Large Digital Clocks , Train Arrival Indicator Boards etc . Executed turn key projects in Industrial Public Address Systems , Railway Signaling Systems etc.

 

Worked as Training and Placement Officer with Nagpur’s renowned college for a period of 4 to 5 Years and during this period interacted with Industry . A good number of students were placed during that period. Joined as Jt Director (T&P) RCET , Bhilai and was instrumental in Increasing Placement record for 2008 and 2009 batches. Was instrumental in building strong Industry Institute linkage by signing M.O.U’S with leading Industries Viz Kirloskar Brothers Ltd , Tata International , Hexaware Technologies , Electronics For You Magazine etc .

Dr. Parimal Kant Biswas Principal, RCET Raipur
Dr.P.K.Biswas, BE (Mech), M.Tech (Mech, IIT,KGP), PhD (Met, IISc., Bangalore). retired as a Sr. Scientist (Dy Director) from National Metallurgical Laboratory, Jamshedpur on 31.7.2005. After retirement, due to aptitude for teaching, took full time assignment in several educational institutions.

• He has been principal of Gandhi Engg College, Bhubaneswar, professor and HOD Mechanical Engg Department , RVS College of Engg and Technology, Jamshedpur & I/C principal & HOD Mech Engg, BA College of Engg & Technology, Jamshedpur earlier.
• He started his career as a lecturer in Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, Rajasthan in 1973. Having degree in both Mechanical and Metallurgical Engg, he is able to handle subjects of both the disciplines and topics of interdisciplinary nature.
• He has Research experience of more than 30 years.
• He was a chairman of coaching class of IIM at Trivandrum chapter for about three years.
• He was a recognized PhD guide of Kerala University.
• He has guided several UG,PG students at BITS, Pilani, RRL Trivandrum and at NML Jamshedpur. One batch of UG student working under his guidance got a national level award at TRYST, 90 held at IIT, Delhi in 1990. He himself got a best paper award in 1998 on his work done at Germany on Rare Earth Application in SG iron that appeared in IIF J1, 1996. At TU, Berlin, He guided one PhD student while on Sr.DAAD Fellowship under bilateral exchange program between India and Germany in 1991.

 

Dr. D.V. R. Yenedluri Principal RSR RCET Raipur
Prof. Yenedluri who is Ph. D. in Mechanical Engineering with Post Graduation in Design, started his career as lecturer in V.R. Siddhartha Eng. College, Vijaymada, latter worked as Assistant Professor in College of Engineering. Vaddesworam, as Associate Prof. in Vignan Institute of Technology & Science. He progressed and became HOD of Mechanical Dept. and was nominated as Vice Principal in the same institute for some time after which was promoted to Principal post in 2006.

Prof. Yenedluri has 11 National & International Publications in various journals and Magazines. He is member of various National & International bodies in the field of Mechanical Engineering.

Prof. Yenedluri is considered an astute administrator who has a passion for inculcating innovative thoughts amongst students and staff.

Dr. Mrs. A. Vani Principal – KDRCST Bhilai
Dr. A Vani is graduated from Vikram University, Ujjain (M.P.) in the year 1979 & did B.Ed from Guru Ghansidas University, Bilaspur(C.G) in 1985 with specialization in ‘Educational Technology’. She did her M.Sc from Rani Durgawati University, Jabalpur (M.P) in 1983 with specialization in ‘Applied Inorganic Chemistry’. She has completed her PhD in ‘Investigation on chemical & electrical properties of leaves’ from Guru Ghansidas University, Bilaspur (C.G) in the year 1987. She has worked for more than 25 years in various Educational

organizations in different capabilities & joined as Principal in KDRCST in the year 2010. Out of her 25 years of teaching exposure, she worked as Principal / Professor & HOD for 5 years in reputed colleges like Aditya PG College, Kakinada; G.I.E.T, Gunupur(Orissa). She has published 5 papers in International journals & 6 papers in National journals. She has also attended one International conference on ‘Simulation of transpiration characteristics of various green leaves under various typical signals generated by pollutants’ at Florida (USA) in March 1989 & three National conferences in 1984-85. She was awarded by the Institute of Engineers (India) in the year 1986 for the paper ‘RLC parameters of tree & aerial characteristics of green leaves’.

Dr. Shobha Gawri Principal
Dr. Shobha Gawri, presently working at Ghanshyam Das Rungta College of Science & Technology, Bhilai (C.G.) as its principal, has been associated with various Teaching, Training, Publication; Research & Development related activities since last 18 years. She has done Ph.D in Life Science in the topic “-Circadian time structure of shift workers & -diurnally healthy

human subjects”, the work is of immense importance for the optimization of shift work. Was the first kind of work done in India.

Have undergone training in Chronobiology at hospital Paul Buruse, France and Cancer research lab, one of the best lab in Europe. Had a Professional training as clinical embryologist at Institute of Reproductive Medicine, Kolkata. Presented research papers in different national & International Conferences. Was awarded with the prestigious CSIR, SRF and RA Fellowships. Have a research experience of 10 years in the field of Chronobiology. Teaching experience of 10 years in different institutions. 14 papers published in National & International Journals.

During this tenure had a good experience of setting up & developing new institutions.
Apart from administrative experience of several years, have keen interest in teaching and luckily the students came up with very good results in subjects taught.

Lifetime member of several learned societies. Serving as a member of Editorial Board in the CSVTU Journal. Internal, External and paper setter of several UG & PG exams.

Dr. K.L. Tiwari Principal – KDRCST Raipur
Dr. K. L. Tiwari is an M.Sc. & Ph.D. in Botany. He started his career as Asst. Prof. in govt. in early 70’s and became a Professor directly through P.S.C. in Higher Education Department. He joined Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University with his Vast experience, as Reader in Biotechnology Department and was latter promoted to Professor in the year 2008. He was also HOD of Biotechnology Dept. of the University and has the distinction of guiding 15 research work for Ph.D.. He has more than 50 published papers in National & International Journals and similar number of Conference presentations. He is an active member of Aerobiological Society and has organized National Seminar on Aerobiology.
